HTML was working, now it's not

Once again, I am having trouble with the html maker. I had it up and running before, and now it is not in my menu...yet it is set up-checked-for a plug in. I've read the FAQs several times to no avail, searched and not much help. I unchecked it, closed out excel, reinstalled colo's html maker, opened excel and rechecked the plugin. My macro security is correct as well as my trusted plug ins.

Why would it not work after it did previously? I have not interfered with it since last time.

OR is there something else I can do?

It shouldn't be unchecked, it should checked.
