HTML not Working

When ever I try to copy MrExcelHTML I get this below instead of the excel row colums etc. What am I doing wrong?

When you are done writing your post, but before you submit it, click Preview Post. It is located next to Submit Reply. That way you can be sure that your sample table appears the way you want it before posting the message to the forum.
