the html tool bar does not show up in excel is it hidding? I did download the correct one I dbl checked.

It is not a toolbar, it is a menu item. Look on the menu bar (where File, Edit, etc. are located) and look for a new menu called "HTML."

It will only appear if the HTML Maker add-in is installed and "turned on" in Tools\Add-ins.

i have clicked it off and i have downloaded the correct one but it is not showing up?

what does this mean
Hi,

what steps did you apply to install the add-in ?
if it is installed you should see the menu ! If you don't see "html"menu, then it is not installed

one way:
menu tools / addins
browse, select, etcetera

now it should show up as Kristy explained

best regards,
Erik
