Can someone please show me how to insert my excel spreadsheet sample into a post.

Download Colo's html maker here

http://www.interq.or.jp/sun/puremis/colo/HtmlMaker.htm

Install the addin. Then select the range and select HTML from the menu bar and select convert sheet to html

The browser will open and select the button to copy the code.

Just paste the code as is into your message. It will look messy, but it will be converted properly once you submit.
