html downloading won't work

I'm trying to install the HTML Maker to my computer from the website given and I keep getting the following error when I try to run the add-in:

Error Number:=91
Error Discrip:=Object variable or With block variable not set

You may have to manually set a reference to the [VBIDE=VBE6EXT.OLB]

Please help me so I can install this add-in. Thank you in advance!!!
