HTML downloaded, now error message when Excel opens, help please?

I have downloaded the HTML add-in as suggested in the sticky, and followed the instruction as as to where to add it. When I open up Excel I now get an error message

Error number:- 19
Error discrp :- Object variable or With block variable not set
You may have to manually set a reference to the VBIDE = [VBE6EXT.OLB]

Im on Excel 2003, and the file was HTML 2.41 downloaded for the source on the sticly at the top of the page.
I tried 2.4.2 and I had the same message.
The HTML add in seems to be there but as yet I havent tried it

Can someone advise me, what I have done wrong, and how do I fix the error message?

I feel like an idiot. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Its Ok now.

It’s a case of when all else fails read the instructions
