Hi guys
I try to write in cells like
1-1
2-2
2-2-2
2-2-3
but the EXCEL will consider short date then will show 01-JANUARY , 02-FEBRUARY
I try to use GENERAL from format cell but will change date value.
the only case works for me when I write 1-1 in custom from format cell but when click the cells will show date value!!
I want when write he number as I mentioned without any problem for each cell.
how can I fix it , guys?

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Format the cell as Text before entering anything.
