I get the following information sent to me in the message of an email. I would like to track the data in Access.

How would you import this data into Access????

Headend Name: TATUM, NM
Headend City: TATUM, NM
Headend ID: 6091463
Headend Phone: 806-272-1111
Headend Type: Standalone
Headend Engineer: Mr. Bowling
Engineer Phone: 806-655-1111
MSO Name: Classic Anywhere
MSO Phone: 800-926-1111
MSO Address: 1421 S. 2nd St.
MSO City: Cabot, AR
Feed: G1R East
Authorization #: 2911111

The only way that I can think of is, to copy the data and paste in Excel. Seperate the fields and data in excel, and then save the data as a text file. Then import it into Access. This seems a little tedious.

Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
You could do what you said, but link the Excel sheet to your database...or you could work with the Outlook object model. Either way, it is not going to be easy (but can be done).
