How to validate total not exceeding the limit with 2 criteria

In column A I have "Date"
In Column B I have "Emp ID"
In Column C I have "Percentage"
In Column D I have "Trigger"

Scenario:
I want to mark employee with "Yes" in Column D if the same employee exceeded 100% total in the same date.
 

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
