How to using Function on VBA

Hi All,

I don't know how to use Function in VBA can anyone help me?

I have a Table and in column "G" I have a TRIGGER, where when I type the word "Done" in the TRIGGER column in any cell, the VBA "Event" will run to copy the data in the Table according to the Cell row in the bottom Table data according to the photo
** and IF the word "Done" is deleted in the starting cell, then the copied data will be deleted automatically.
