Hy I would like to know ho to add daily data to an Excel that has price data of vegetables and fruits.
I receive this email daily from the local farmers market with all the different vegetables but I dont know how to use this information to for example make a graph.

I would like to know:
1. Should I make a separate Excel for every vegetable or fruit and update that daily?
2. Is there a way to use the Excel I receive and work "automatically" with that without copying by hand each line to another Excel?
3. What if each vegetable or fruit has its own characteristics like "CONTAINER TYPE", "ORIGIN", "QUALITY", etc, how can I manage all this different types of data?

I have an example of the Excel I am talking about here: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
I am sorry if this is a very hard question to answer but I am new to Excel. Thank you.
