How to use countifs to count the number times a specific course was sold based on vertical and horizontal criteria?

Good Morning Guys, could you please assist me with the following i would like count the number of times that a specific course was sold in March, April etc so i have a vertical criteria and horizontal, could you please assist with guidance of how i will be able to accomplish this? I have Office 365. Thanks in advance
