Hello,
Have been searching and searching and can't seem to find an answer. Looking to use conditional formatting to highlight a cells that have partial duplications.

Eg.
Adam LL, Gatchel RI, Robinson RC
Adams L, Gatchel R, Robinson R
Afifi TO, Henriksen CA, Asmundson GJ,
Agrawal A, Verweij KJ, Gillespie NA

I would like Adam and Adams highlighted because the first four characters matched.

Also wondering whether it is possible to have cells highlighted if there is another cell that has four words within the cell the same.

Eg.
Adams EH, et al. A comparison of the abuse liability of tramadol, NSAIDs,
Adams L, Gatchel R, Robinson R et al. Development of a self- report screening instrument
Adams LL, Gatchel RJ, et al. : Development of a self-report screening instrument

I would like to have the last two highlighted. Doing work in research and need to remove duplicate lines of referencing but because references are done differently it can be quite time consuming to look through each line manually.

Thank you in advance.
