I have some Activex controls on rows. The controls are formatted to "Move and resize with the cells" so that when the rows are hidden the controls hide too.
This is for an interactive form where only relevant sections are visible. All works OK in 2003 but not in 2010.
When the workbook is opened and specific rows unhidden, the controls remain sized with a 0 height and are at the top of the row's gridline. That is they don't move and size with cells as they are formatted to!!!.
It seems like Excel isn't saving the height & location of the Activex controls in hidden rows.
I can only find the odd report of this on the web and would have thought it was a bigger issue so am thinking it may be a new setting that I am missing in Excel 2010.
What do I need to do to be able to open a workbook with hidden rows and be able to unhide a row AND have the control resize with the cells?
