Is there anyway I can turn off the gridlines permanently instead of having to always go to Tools->Options->View and uncheck the Gridlines everytime I launch Excel? I'm using Excel 2002. Thanks.
Create a new Excel document and off the grid lines
...
Save the file as book.xlt in the excel system startup folderFile > Save as Browse to the Excel system startup folder
File name : book
Save as : Template (*.xlt)
Normally Excel Start up folder is there ........
<Username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART\PERSONAL.XLS
