I have a sheet with 5410 rows. I need each row to be in triplicate creating a total of 16,230 rows. Each row copy needs to directly underneath the one it is copied from. Meaning rows 1,2,3 would be the same, rows 4,5,6 would be the same, 7,8,9 the same, etc. Thanks in advance.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Here's a VBA approach. It assumes you have a header in Column A ...

VBA Code:
Option Explicit

Sub Demo1()
        Dim L&, N%
    With [Sheet1!A2].CurrentRegion.Rows
        L = .Count + 1
    For N = 1 To 2
       .Item("2:" & .Count).Copy .Item(L)
        L = L + .Count + 1
    Next
       .Item("1:" & L - 1).Sort .Cells(1, 1), 1, Header:=1
    End With
End Sub
