Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
How about
VBA Code:
Sub Niranjanmeyda()
   Dim Rng As Range
   Dim UsdCols As Long

   With Sheets("Sheet1")
      UsdCols = .Cells(1, Columns.Count).End(xlToLeft).Column
      Set Rng = .Range("A1", .Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp)).Resize(, UsdCols)
   End With
   Sheets("Sheet2").Range("A1").Resize(Rng.Columns.Count, Rng.Rows.Count).Value = Application.Transpose(Rng)
End Sub

Why? Loops are slow & inefficient.
