How to track expiring dates?

I have multiple contracts that have been signed on a specific date. I need to know when the contract will auto renew. I would like to set up a spreadsheet that will tell me when the contracts are 30, 60 or 90 days from auto renewing from the date it was signed. All tutorials I have found show me how to do it from "Today's" date not a specific date. Which formula do I use for a specific date?
