How to streamline or automate Refresh of PowerPivot and PivotTable?

Dear All,

I am new to PowerPivot but a long time Excel user.

I created a PivotTable based on PowerPivot using Excel 2010. I understand that to get current data, the user must refresh PowerPivot and then the PivotTable. Can this cumbersome two-step process be streamlined or automated? I would like to share my creation with casual users and need to provide them with an extremely simple refresh option.

Thanks,

GL
