Hello everyone. I hope someone can help me. Some people in my office have Windows 2002 and whenever they print something, a message comes up for which they have to click OK. I have not seen the message but it is something about the file has been printed and how big it was, nothing important. However, I cannot find in the printer settings what to do to turn it off.

As usual, I appreciate your help. Thank you.
