Please help me to convert data in above format. I want each entry in single column with First Column ,, Thanks in advance..
 
This is an interesting problem. I'd like to know how many rows and columns are in the file.

Alternatively, if you have or have access to OmniPage, you can save the file in PDF format and have OmniPage to OCR it.

To follow up on yky's question, I have one as well... Are the stacked values all in single normal cells or are they in a merged cells? In other words, is the first table composed of Rows 1 and 2 or are they various merged sets of cells occupying Rows 1 to 7?
