How to Skip Cells in SUMIF Formula?

I am working on a timesheet spreadsheet and have run into trouble.

I am trying to calculate the total hours per week at each site. Here is the formula I am currently using: =SUMIF(B3:B96,"612 job1",C3:C96)

However, it calculates for both weeks. I am looking for the solution to skip cells so I am able to calculate week 1 and week 2 separately.

Any feedback would be appreciated :)
