Looking for 2 things.
1) Need to shuffle basic questions with no answers. I have a bank of 200 questions and would like to shuffle and pull out 50 questions for a test.

2) Need to do the same thing but with Multiple Choice Questions. (1 Question and 4 answers, A,B,C, or D.

Thanks for the help. I am using Excel 2007. (The military is always behind)

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
OK, should I specify that I am not looking to buy anything? I couldn't install it on a military computer if I wanted too. Thanks anyways

If you install the Analysis Toolpak (which is included with Excel, so you don't need to download anything) you might be able to do what you want with the Sampling tool. It'll show up on the Data tab-->Analysis.

In another column

=RAND()

and copy down. Then sort both columns based on the RAND column.
