Hi all,
I have managed to link two workbooks with different spreadsheets on them. So basically I have linked data of a cell on one spreadsheet to another cell in another spread sheet.

That bit I have managed successfully however when I try to share the workbook, by a link, that you can edit the data into the spreadsheet shows as having the links disabled. When I looked at manage the workbook of the link on edge it shows as connection is blocked. I also enabled content but it still would not link to the other spreadsheet.

How do I share this spreadsheet to others to input data into without the links being disabled. I also want to password protect that document so only the person I have sent the link to can open it and edit it.

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
You can't unless the receiving person is on the same network drive as you. then it should work, but then you wouldn't need to send the file.

If there is only a few links to another sheet, you could copy those cells to a local sheet and point the links that way.

Just imagine what could be done if an outsider, through a simple link in a shared workbook, could access another workbook (or by that token any other file) on your network by modifying the link ...
