how to share a document so that multiple users can update the data

I have an excel file and i want to share it with specific users so that they can update the inputs in the same excel file.

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Sort by date Sort by votes
Up on your ribbon tabs, follow these steps: REVIEW > Share Workbook (Near the far right) > Tick the "Allow changes by more than one user at the same time." checkbox.
