Hello Everyone!

Thank you for taking the time to read my question!

I have an excel file that we use to track appointment times at work. I created the file with Excel 2007 (the version on my PC) and shared it so others can add appointments and we do not have any appointment time slots double-booked.

Everything was recently moved to OneDrive. Now, when my co-worker and I both open the file to add appointments, the system creates a separate file for each of us and we cannot see each other's changes.

Is it possible to share this file (Excel 2007) with multiple users? And if so, what is the procedure?

Thank you!
Suzinger

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
