I use Report for printing labels. It contains from TextBox-es bounded on Table. Is possible to display (be visible) one of TextBox-es (named Note) only if that contains data?
I wish Note will be visible in black BackColor with white text color only when notes are needed (not on all labels).

Thank you!

Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
In the ON FORMAT event of the DETAIL section of your report, try something like this:

Private Sub Detail_Format(Cancel As Integer, FormatCount As Integer)
If Not IsNull(Me.Note) Then
Me.Note.Visible = True
Me.Note.BackColor = vbBlack
Me.Note.ForeColor = vbWhite
Else
Me.Note.Visible = False
End If

End Sub
