Create your own custom list

  • In a column of a worksheet, type the values to sort by, in the order you want them, from top to bottom. For example:
  • Select the cells in that list, and then click File > Options > Advanced.
  • Under General, click Edit Custom Lists.
  • In the Custom Lists box, click Import.

And then to use it, if you select the current last TWO entries and drag down the fill handle, it will fill in the next entry (from the custom list).
