how to Run software created on Access 2013 on any version of access 2003 ,2007,2010and 64,32bit

i'm working with programmer on accouning software created on VB access 2013 but i cant run it if my customer dosen't have MS 2013 sp1 and also i have issues 64bit and 32bit how to make it for all
please i need secessary help

best way is to limit your construction to 2003 version and avoid reference to any new functionality created in later versions. I seem to recall (don't know where) that you can use the vba to understand the operating system and version control and direct code to work on each version. but i guess that means debugging and testing on eight installs
