How to run multiple scenarios

I am trying to an identifier with data on multiple tabs to run a calculation, here is an example:

Tab 1 = Data C
Tab 2 = Data B
Tab 3 = Data A = C * B

Data on tabs 1 & 2 the data has cross tab identifier:

ID 1 Data C
ID 2 Data C

ID 1 Data B
ID 2 Data B

On a summary tab I want to be able to see all the results for Data A tab of all the combinations of C & B:

Data A = ID 1 Data C * ID 1 Data B
Data A = ID 1 Data C * ID 2 Data B
and etc...

How can I do that?
