Is it possible to return a value in a cell based on the number of coloured cells are in that row. For example if theres 2 coloured cells on the row of the players name under the column "no. cleaned" it would return the value 2.. etc

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
are you using conditional formatting to colour the cells
it maybe possible to use that rule to also count
other wise you will need VBA
