How to report "problem" with post

Hello,
Yesterday I replied to a post in which the OP had listed several apparently real email addresses. I mentioned in my reply that that's not a good idea, and fortunately they were removed by a moderator some time later.
If I come across a similar situation, what's the proper process to "report" the situation so that the emails could possible be removed sooner?

Hi Cindy.

You could use the Report button to bring the thread to the attention of a moderator.
