How do you remove Subtotals from Excel?
Your coworker added these. You can tell they were added by the subtotal command by these three little buttons out here, 1, 2 and three.
To get rid of them to choose one cell in the range that includes the subtotals.
On the Data tab, Far right-hand side, Click the Subtotal button.
And that's where the Remove All button is.
Click OK, that's the way to go.
If you try and remove the rows one at a time it will take too long.
And it won't get rid of the Group and Outline buttons.
