A co-worker sent me an excel sheet that I am attempting to print. But when I go to the print screen the page size states that it is "Custom Page Size" with an orange dot. So i tried to change it to 11 x 17 but it wont change, it stays at the Custom Page Size.

I tried "save as" and I still could not change my page size. I tried to change the printer. i tried another file and it was fine.

How can I change my paper size from "Custom"?

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Look at the default printer, select the one you usually use. Then try to change the paper size.

This is exactly what is happening to me. I have a file that is stuck on "Custom Page Size". Changing the printer does not help. We've tried multiple different computers, users, and printers and it stays stuck on "Custom Page Size" with the orange dot. Does anybody have a solution for this? Thanks
