Hi - besides eliminating data that is not longer in use and convert any formulas to values, remove links from other workbooks. Any major tips to reduce file size?

Thanks,

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
you can try select all "blank" cells, Clear All, save.
or
delete all blank rows and columns, save

But you need to be sure you don't remove any formula or something
