How to recover password of excel file

Hello,

I have forgotten the password to open the excel file.

Is there any tool to open/recover file? Please help

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
