How to Recover Excel File

Hi All,

I mistakely permanent deleted my excel master file from my desktop.
Is their any possibilty to recover back it ?

Please advise if possible.

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
You did not say which version of Excel is being used.
If it is Excel 2010 and the file was last closed without saving and it has been auto-saved (if set, the default is usually 10 minutes), then it may be possible.

Such files may be retained for a period of time (I think it is 4 days) - they could be found by opening Excel, selecting File | Recent and looking for "Recover Unsaved Workbooks" at the bottom-right of the window.

I am using excel 2007. IS it possible in 2007 too ?
