How to recover a deleted worksheet

It just happened again.

I unintentionally deleted a worksheet and trying to recover it was impossible.

Undo does not work for this purpose.

I tried copying all the extra work into a new document and then I forced a shutdown of my computer to make excel crash and then after I restarted I was presented with a few documents that Excel wanted to recover, but unfortunately the last save point and the autosave options did not have my worksheet, so I ran out of luck.

I have to redo a lot of work now, but for next time I'd like to know how to do this, I know that many of you share the same frustration and if Mr. Excel or anybody out then knows how to recover a deleted worksheet and wants to share it with us, the world will be a better place

I'm using Excel 2007.
