How to Rearrange digits within a cell

I have several thousand entries that I need to modify. I need to swap 1st and 2nd digits with 5th and 6th digits. The following is an example of current and desired.

Example: 012923123456654321 would be changed to 232901123456654321

I cannot figure out the formula to get this done. Any assistance would be greatly appreciate. Thank you.

For a value in cell A1, you can use this formula to do what you want:

=CONCATENATE(MID(A1,5,2),MID(A1,3,2),MID(A1,1,2),RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-6))
