Hi guys, I'm given a data set on property type as a school assignment and i'm having great difficulty in creating graphs out of numerically-assigned categorical variables.

For example, my variable on gender of property buyer has 0 = male, 1 = female 2 = joint purchase. Is there a way for me to group my data set in a way where all rows where the property buyer is male appears first and then female second, joint purchase third without manually sorting it?

Also, as a more general question, do you guys have any advice on dealing with numerically-assigned variables like this? I'm very new to excel.

Thank you

Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
I forgot to add another question but how would i group property's that cost say like 0-500k, 500k-1mil and re-arrange all rows into respective bin categories like that?
