How can I combine data from separate spreadsheets into one pivot table or any other reporting method? The only common data field is “name.” In each spreadsheet there are multiple rows of data associated with each name. How can I produce a report which includes all the following in one document?
SS#1- includes name, and multiple file #’s in separate rows each with project title for each name.
SS#2-includes name, multiple presentation titles with individual locations, start and end times.
The end result needs to be names with their file #’s and titles and their presentations, locations and times.
I'm using Excel 2007 and appreciate any solutions!

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
