How to print the user name in MS word

Hi,

Any body Could help me

In Ms word if i give the print, the user name (current Login user) should printed automatically.

Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Hi ganesanmani,

If you use a UserName field (see Insert|Field), Word will insert the current user name as per Tools|Options|User Information. Users can edit this to something other than the default, but it should be enough for most purposes.
