How to print posts/subscriptions

Does anybody knows how can I print on hard copy daily posts on mrexcel message board. Also, I have posts saved in my subscription list.

The problem is when I try to print answer I have received for some of my questions, they don't fit on the paper. The codes and the answers gets cutoff.

Are you printing with portrait or landscape orientation? I've always had issues with text being cut off on the right-side of the paper when I'm printing any internet page with portrait. Landscape works better for a lot of things. It also is a good idea to check the page setup and see if you can't change your margins so that more fits on the page.

Also: are you using the 'printable version' of the threads or just printing from the normal thread pages? On each thread, if you go to the 'Thread tools' menu you should see a button for 'show printable version.' That will remove the extra images, data (such as avatars, titles, post counts, etc.) and display just the text of the posts.

Thanks for your response. Yes, you are correct that I was just printing directly all the posts.

However, now you have mentioned about "Thread Tools" which I have just checked now. Yes there is an option of priting version.
