Hello,

I'm not sure I will be explaining this as clearly as I might but I'll give it a shot. This group seems to have a number of seers that understand what I'm asking even when I don't. So, here goes.

I've got a workbook with multiple worksheets, only one of which (the first worksheet) is used by folks as a data entry form. There are two pages to the form, a general information section and a large data grid that folks will enter data into. The users are expected to print out the first worksheet and take it to the field and fill it out. Then they come back to the office and transcribe the hard copy to the Excel workbook.

The problem is the size of the form. The data grid has been designed to fit on an 11 by 17 inch size paper. But, it has to be shrunk by 78% to do that. The first part of the form easily fits on the 11 by 17 inch size paper at 100%. I would like to be able to have the users just print the worksheet without having to hand hold them through two different printing operations. I have learned about custom views and setting a print area, like the general information page, using page setup to print just that page. I have also created a second custom view that contains the data grid with its custom settings for printing.

But, I have found a way to print both custom views with one print operation. My question, is there a way to print multiple views of a worksheet at one time?

Thanks,
