Hello,

Is there a way to prevent someone from deleting rows, columns, or cells in an Excel sheet?
They are allowed to make any changes, but no deleting allowed.
I tried to protect the sheet, but then no one is able to type in the cells.

Thank you in advance.

Hi

If the cell is not locked then after you protect the sheet you can change the value of the cell.
Check the formatting of the cells you want to change.

If you create an array formula and hide it (by column or by row) no one can delete nor column or row.
