how to prevent a workbook being saved as another file?

Hi,

a colleague managed to save one file (invoice records) as another file (debit note records) completely wiping the debit note file. I have since managed to restore from a back-up but l had to re key most of the days work. Is there any way to make sure the files can only be saved as their original filename? (literally disable "save as"?)

I would hate to have to go through all that again.
