How to post an image of my table to MrExcel?

Could someone direct me to a description of how to post an image of my excel table to this message board so I will be able make my questions more clear?

Or place a border around the sample cells and copy and paste....but it iasn't as intuitive !!

Maybe it's a trivial question: how do I post a chart image?

Excel Jeanie seems to have a graphic option on the registered version, but since it was translated from German I'm not sure of that...

Mr.Excel HTML Maker is said to have a more limited user interface in XL07.
