How to play a wav file

Can someone send me a simple Excel spreadsheet that will play a sound wav file. I have read a lot of posts and still could not understand how to do it.

I just need a simple Excel spread sheet that will play a "correct" sound file when cell a1 = b1.

Is it OK to post my email address in this forum so you can send it to me so I can study it?
