How to Pick random cells to Userform

Hi all:

I have workbook with sheet(data).range(A1:A1000) as text

Now I want macro apper random cell in texbox when Userform.show
Please help me to do that, many thanks./.

Are all the cells in A1:A1000 filled? Or did was the randomly selected cell blank?
Is the worksheet in question the ActiveSheet? If not, what is the name of the sheet where the values are?

Ah code worked when I change full path:
