How to permanently turn off "my list has header" box when sorting?

Does anybody know how to permanently uncheck the "my list has headers" box under sort? I frequently a small number of columns and have an unpleasant surprise when the box clicks itself back on. It's very annoying and I'd rather click it on when I want rather than have to unclick it often. It turns itself on after something happens....I can't figure it out. Thanks for any help you can give. Store for yourself a Sort macro ...!!!

Just turn on your macro recorder ...

And then go through your sort ...

You will get a "VBA translation" of all your actions ...

Then .. you will gradually improve your macro ...
